CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
At Urban Farmar, we are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review the following policy.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY (7-Day Returnable Items)
- Select items labeled as “7-day returnable” on the product detail page are eligible for returns.
- You must initiate the return within 7 days of delivery.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging, unused, and with all original accessories.
- Proof of purchase (order number) is required.
- Contact support@urbanfarmer.in for return approval before sending any item.
- If reverse pickup is available, we will arrange it. If not, we will provide you with the factory return address via email.
- Please allow 7 business days for processing after we receive and inspect your return. We will notify you via email when your return is processed.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
- Items labeled as “non-returnable” or nothing is mentioned regarding the return on the product detail page, are not eligible for returns, except in cases of damage, defects, or incorrect items.
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at support@urbanfarmer.in.
- We may request photo or video evidence to verify the issue.
- We will provide a full refund or free replacement for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
- Report damaged or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery by sending photos or videos to support@urbanfarmer.in.
- We will inspect the item and either reship a replacement or issue a refund.
- You may be required to return the damaged or incorrect item as per our return policy.
- We will cover the shipping costs for damaged items.
- Sale or promotional items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
REFUNDS
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method upon receipt and inspection of the returned product.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, you will be asked to provide your bank details via email to support@urbanfarmer.in for a refund.
- Refund processing typically takes 7-10 business days from confirmation.
- Urban Farmar is not responsible for incorrect fund transfers due to customer-provided errors.
- Refunds are not provided if your account is suspended or terminated for breach of website terms.
