- At Urban Farmar, we understand the importance of timely delivery. We strive to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. The total delivery time consists of Order Processing Time plus Delivery Time.
- All orders are shipped through our trusted courier partners.
- Delivery times may vary depending on your location. If there are any significant delays, we will communicate them to you as soon as possible. Generally, items are shipped within 1-2 business days of order placement.
- Any customs duties or taxes applicable to your country are the responsibility of the customer. Please familiarize yourself with your country’s customs regulations.
- Once your package is scanned by our shipping provider, you will receive an email with the tracking number. Use this tracking number to monitor your shipment’s progress and estimated delivery time.

SHIPPING COSTS
- Free shipping on prepaid orders of ₹400 and above.
- ₹65 shipping fee for prepaid orders below ₹400.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for orders with a minimum value of ₹400.
- ₹65 shipping fee for COD orders below ₹400.
Our standard delivery time is:
- Metro Cities: 5 days
- Non-Metro & Rural Areas: 8 days
ORDER CANCELLATION
We may occasionally need to cancel orders for the following reasons:
- Product Unavailability: While we strive to maintain accurate inventory, there may be instances where a product becomes unavailable after you place your order.
- Customer Cancellation: You may request to cancel your order before it has been shipped. Please contact us immediately at support@urbanfarmer.in to request a cancellation.
- Unethical Order Practices: Orders placed through unethical means, such as exploiting technical glitches or misusing promotional codes, will be canceled without refund.
UNETHICAL ORDER & CANCELLATION POLICY
Urban Farmar reserves the right to cancel any order placed through unethical practices, including but not limited to, exploiting technical errors, misusing promotional offers, or fraudulent activity. In such cases, no refunds will be issued.
